Pittsburgh, PA– South Carolina State's Joe Thomas, Andrew Carter, and Alex Glover were all named to the 2013 SBN Sports Black College All-American (BCAA) Team, announced by the American Urban Radio Networks and its partner, the Black College Football Hall of Fame.
