CHICAGO – North Carolina Central University sophomore Adrian Wilkins has been announced as one of the best 50 student-athletes in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) by his selection to the College Sporting News (CSN) 2013 Fabulous Fifty FCS All-America Team as a kickoff returner.
