Saluki football has hired three new assistant coaches for the 2014 season. Todd Auer will coach linebackers, David Elson is the new secondary coach and former Saluki quarterback Nick Hill will be the new quarterbacks coach. Along with the additions to the staff, head coach Dale Lennon will take over defensive coordinator duties, and offensive line coach Bill O'Boyle has been promoted to offensive coordinator. O'Boyle will still coach the offensive line.
