Heading into the playoffs, all the talk centered around the Missouri Valley, Big Sky and the Ohio Valley conferences. Lost in all the chatter was the CAA, a prominent conference during much of the last decade but somewhat overlooked this season after a couple of lackluster playoff performances in the last couple of years.
