I wish nothing but the best for Dino and his family moving forward.
So its time to start the search. Are there any names that jump out that are looking for a head coaching position.
I would like to see Sterlin Gilbert (current OC) get a look if he is interested and if he isn't going to be apart of the staff at Bowling Green.

Then you would definitely like to see him apart of the staff at Bowling Green.

I agree but do you think only coaching 2 years in college since he was a GA at Houston will prevent that hire?

Gotta believe that a HC gig at EIU is worth more than a coordinator gig at BG. I would think that unless he wasn't calling plays that your OC would have to be at the top of the list.

Jack Crowe isn't coaching anywhere. He knows the OVC pretty well.

Most of the successful programs try to keep a coordinator. Id say money is better and it seems like all these guys(everywhere) will take a job to show how great they are.

Gilbert was calling everything. Babers was more of a CEO type of coach, he let the cordinators run the ship while he made sure everything was in line and he requests were met. If you watch the ESPN All-Access piece he mentions how he likes to bring in the best coaches to run their area of experince.

How about Roc Bellantoni? Wasn't he upset he didn't get the job when Spoo left?

Go get a good high school coach it's been a good year for those guys. Auburn, Baylor and us had good luck with HS guys this year.
