Southern Illinois junior tight end MyCole Pruitt was named the nation's top FCS tight end by multiple organizations on Wednesday. Pruitt has been named a first-team All-American by The Sports Network and by the Associated Press, both organizations announced Wednesday. In addition, the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) have announced that he is the winner of the 2013 CFPA Tight End Award, which is awarded annually to the nation's top tight end at the FCS level.
