Denver went over to the student section after halftime and begged that they not throw the mini footballs at the SIU players again. ISU received a 15 yard penalty at the end of the 1st half due to it. Horrible behavior by the fans, but I am not ganna lie, it was pretty funny. I'm sure the marketing department will get a call from DJ or Zenger. SIU was egging them on, but it was still inexusable.

Anyways, what a great game. Complete domination on both sides of the ball really. Whitlock had another good game, but all their drives seemed to stall and SIU's QB was very unimpressive. That is why it is so great having a deadly combination of Rembert/Rice and Drove throwing the ball to a variety of receivers. If I remember correctly, he completed passed to at least 8 different people (2 TE/ 2 RB/ and 4 WR).
