Eastern Illinois now has two Walter Payton Award winners as senior quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo won the 2013 award on Monday night at the Sports Network Awards ceremony in Philadelphia. Garoppolo joins Tony Romo as EIU winners after Romo won the award in 2002.
