Thoughts? He's been an animal tonight. Was that 4 or 5 TDs so far?

Voting for the Payton occurs before the playoffs start.
(Too slow.)

The voting is concluded prior to the playoffs starting, if I'm not mistaken.

Oops. Shows how much I know. In that case I think Garoppolo probably won it.

They already voted. Otherwise I would think he would have won it.
Pretty sure JG won though.

JG played well and can scramble well when he needs to. One thing I noticed was a couple of times, he held on to the ball to long and took the sack instead of throwing it away. But he played well overall though and the loss is not on him.

He he was just trying to do something to keep his team on the field knowing his defense had no shot.
He he deserves the Payton his year was ridiculous.

Like most awards, more than one deserving.

If West continues to have a solid postseason, I would say he could very well be the favorite next year, and that could give him a leg up. His accomplishments are very notable, especially when adding the postseason into the mix!

West should go pro this year...he is old and his O-line is gone next year.

I'd agree with that. RB's take a pounding leading to short sports lifespan. If he's got a shot, the time is now to take it.

As a fellow CAA member, I agree.
In all seriousness though, especially if he shows well in the next game or 2 as he has in most of the games this year, his stock likely will not go up much so might as well go. Didn't realize he is going to turn 23 in January. So yeah, he should declare

IF NDSU and Towson play and West has a big game, scouts will be clamoring. Hubert from K-State had a tough time with the Bison run defense.
