Eastern Illinois head coach Dino Babers was named the American Football Coaches Association’s 2013 Region 3 Coach of the Year for the second-straight year as announced by the AFCA on Tuesday.* Babers will lead the Panthers into the FCS Playoff Quarterfinals this Friday night against Towson.
