This week the chase for a conference, national, and mythical championship are in play. The games are conference rematches from the regular season. No. 5 Southern will face No. 4 Jackson State for the SWAC Championship and No. 1 Tennessee State Tigers is the lone HBCU still in the FCS playoffs. TSU is on the road to face (Non-HBCU) Eastern Illinois and have a change to stake their claim on the HBCU Mythical Championship as well as keep their goals on winning the NCAA D-I National Championship alive.
