VERMILLION, S.D.--South Dakota senior linebacker Tyler Starr has been named a first-team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference player as selected by a panel of coaches, sports information directors and media. In addition, three Coyotes earned honorable mention honors and four were named to the conference's All-Newcomer Team.
