Four Elon Phoenix football players were among those honored by the Southern Conference on Nov. 26 with all-league or all-freshman team accolades. *Junior Kierre Brown was a second-team All-SoCon selection as a return specialist by both the coaches and media. *The maroon and gold placed three on the league's all-freshman squad -- running back B.J. Bennett,*linebacker John Silas and punter David Petroni.
