For the second straight season, the Northeast Conference football champion will face a Patriot League member in the NCAA FCS First Round. Coming off a 10-2 regular season showing, Sacred Heart will make its first-ever FCS playoff appearance on November 30 in The Bronx against No. 9 Fordham (11-1). *The game will kick off at 1:00 pm EST and air live on ESPN3. The host Rams, who are having their best season in over a decade, have competed in the national championship tournament twice before (2002, 2007).
