Eastern Illinois RB Shepard Little was named National Player of the Week on Monday after running, throwing and catching a touchdown all in the first quarter of the Panthers win over Jacksonville State. EIU remained No. 2 in both national polls while Tennessee State entered the poll at No. 25.
