A great game, UCD should definitely not drop in the polls because they played very well against a "better" team. Poly was not dominant, they just played well enough to get the W. I was unimpressed by Grant, but many teams will not impress against our D. Go Poly!

Grant is a great QB that humbled Cal Poly's D two years ago and he looked real good in the first half of this game. The second half Cal Poly made some adjustments and put more pressure on him and for the first time against Cal Poly he looked human. He ended the game completing less than 50% of his passes, but he is the fist QB to throw for over 200 yards on Cal Poly's D this year going 18 of 40 for 231 yards, two TDs and an Int. I for one am glad he is graduating, but it looks like they have aother good one replacing him in Denham (sp?).

A great game, UCD should definitely not drop in the polls because they played very well against a "better" team. Poly was not dominant, they just played well enough to get the W. I was unimpressed by Grant, but many teams will not impress against our D. Go Poly!

Sorry about this if it hurts feelings but a team with a losing record shouldn't be ranked. You're a Great West homer among many Great West homers. I don't think any Big Sky teams should be ranked except Montana and we're too damn high.

Yeah, unfortunately for UCD they have played alot of higher ranked oppoents and haven't been able to take one down yet. I can understand the pollsters having a problem ranking them at 2-3 even though they are probably a top 20 team.

Great to meet Ralph at the game. He has some great pictures up. Once again a great game. Sellout crowd in a 3/4 completed stadium. Davis is very good. CP defense is awesome again.
Davis scored 38 on Northern Colorado
13 on TCU
45 on Montana State
24 on Youngstown State and only 17 against Cal Poly.
Defense is getting better and the offense is finally showing a spark of life.

Cal Poly offensive playcalling is the worst I have seen.
