If ndsu wins they likely lock up the #1.

If YSU wins they likely lock up the #2 at 11-1 with the best intra-division win in the FCS.

It certainly is. Sam Houston at SE Louisiana is the game with the widest implications.
NDSU at Youngstown much less so to most of the country.
