Andrelton Simmons had one of the great defensive seasons you will ever see. Many have him as the best defender in baseball, and perhaps the greatest defensive shortstop since Ozzie Smith.

It's an absolute clinic in defensive baseball. He makes complicated plays look routine, makes impossible plays look complicated, flashes a 97 mph fastball around the infield. Hard to believe this was just his second year in the league.
