UT Martin junior linebacker Tony Bell was named National Defensive Player of the Week by the Sports Network on Monday after recording 4.5 sacks in a win over Murray State. In addition Eastern Illinois remained No. 2 in both national polls and are now the only OVC team ranked (Jacksonville State and Eastern Kentucky are approaching the Top 25).
