The top nine schools in the both FCS football polls remained the same this week with Eastern Illinois at No. 2 following a 34-16 win over previous No. 21 Tennessee State on Saturday. The Panthers are number two in both the Sports Network and FCS Coaches poll for the second consecutive week.
