Week nine of the OVC football season features No. 2 Eastern Illinois at No. 21 Tennessee State in a battle for first-place in the OVC. In addition Eastern Kentucky will play at Southeast Missouri in the OVC Game of the Week on ESPN3, UT Martin is at Austin Peay and Jacksonville State is at Tennessee Tech.
