Coinciding with the first release of the BCS standings Jeff Sagarin released a modified version of his computer rankings (http://www.usatoday.com/sports/ncaaf/sagarin/2013/team/) that the BCS will be using this season called Pure ELO. Here's the national top 25 using those rankings.
