Despite an early 7-0 lead In front of a sold-out homecoming crowd of 8,500 Saturday evening at Bob Ford Field, the University at Albany football team suffered a 44-17 defeat to the No. 7 Towson University Tigers. With the loss, the Great Danes fell to 1-7 on the season and 0-4 in the CAA, while Towson improved to 7-1 overall and 3-1 in conference play
