FAIRFIELD, Conn. –Sophomore quarterback R.J. Noel (Lowell, MA) was named The Sports Network’ National Freshman Player of the Week. Noel joins junior defensive back Stephan Thomas (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) (Defensive Player of the Week) as two Pioneers who have been honored by The Sports Network so far this season.
