The Tigers get swept by the Royals making the Twins Division Champs! At one point the Twins were 15 games behind the Tigers, the amazing season continues for the Twins.

Mauer takes the batting title too!! They are showing the celebration at the metrodome now. Nobody left after the Twins win today, instead they stayed in the Metrodome watching the Detroit game. The Twins were in the dugout too. Then the celebration started!! Go Twins.

Great Job by the twins- now they need to go ahead and lose so they don't have to move the NDSU/UMN FB game :nod:

Tigers are showing their youth. Playoff experience is crucial for this team and the fact that they are even in the playoffs is amazing. Good job by the Twins, too.

If the twins had been the wild-card team the game would have been rescheduled :)
