The Irish defense is not that bad, not that good either. They didn't play terrible yesterday, gave up 14 points and then 1 more in more or less garbage time. With the way the Top 10 is playing they are certaintly still in the thick of the national title race. I still have a hard time believing Auburn, Florida, Louisville WVU, and LSU are better then the Irish. Then you have Georgia at #9 who is a joke. They barely beat Ole Miss and Colorado and their opponents are a whopping 1-9, they are extremely overrrated. Texas is real good i think, even though they haven't played anyone outside of OSU. If they would have played OSU a little later in the season it might have been a different outcome. Ohio State and Michigan are the only teams through the first few games that i think have seperated themselves from the rest right now. Everyone is talking about USC running the table and setting up a showdown with a one loss ND team for the second spot in the BSC title game. With the way USC is playing i think they might have 1 or 2 losses headed into that game which will hurt the Irish. USC is simply not what they've been in the past and seem to winning on barrowed time. I think Cal and Oregon can both beat them and atleast 1 will.

Unfortuneately Stanford, Army, North Carolina, and UCLA will roll over and pad Brandy's stats.

Air Force, Navy, USC will each be tough games. Go Falcons/Midshipmen/Trojans
