Terre Haute, Ind. - Freshman Martin Ruiz scored three touchdowns and the Youngstown State football team had to withstand a 75-minute weather delay in the third quarter before disptaching of Indiana State, 35-24, on a long Saturday afternoon and early evening at Memorial Stadium.
