Jim Bottomley and Mark Whiten had 12, both played for St Louis.
Bottomley did it in 1924, Whiten in 1993

On Sept. 16, 1924, Cardinals first baseman Jim Bottomley drove in 12 runs in a 17-3 win over the Dodgers. His feat was matched by another Cardinal, outfielder Mark Whiten, in a 15-2 rout of the Reds on Sept. 7, 1993.
