The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame announced Wednesday the 170 student-athletes who are candidates for the 2013 NFF National Scholar-Athlete Awards and semifinalists for the William V. Campbell Trophy, with Bucknell's Tracey Smith and Holy Cross' John Macomber each representing their schools.
