Let's see how good our baseball prognosticators are!!!
I may not have every possibility. But I'm close.
The Dodgers are up big at the moment - if the Phillies don't win tonight to keep pace their chances will grow substantially smaller.

The Pirates are playing pretty good ball lately.

Agreed at this point. Houston may catch St. Louis for the NL Central and knock the Cards out of the playoffs, but they won't win the wild card.

With a Dodgers win tonight the Astros are mathmatically eliminated from the Wild Card. They must win the NL Central to make the playoffs. This is going to be interesting.

If the Phillies don't win tonight then the Dodgers magic number is 2. If they do win the Dodgers magic number is 3.

Phils have to win at least 3 of the remaining 4 games. Can be done. I'm thinking a tie with the Dodgers with the playoff to reach the playoffs in Philly on Monday--while the Iggles are playing the Packers. Camp out in South Philly!

That's not out of the question. The Cardinals are playing really bad right now. It looks like they may have to play that extra game with the Giants afterall. It's gonna be tight.
