Sacred Heart forced six turnovers on the road and picked up its fifth straight victory as a result.* Three of those takeaways came courtesy of NEC Defensive Player of the Week JD Roussel.* The senior cornerback made three tackles and intercepted three passes as Sacred Heart beat Bucknell and remained only one of 12 undefeated teams at the Division I FCS level.* Robert Morris also earned a non-conference road win in Week 5, downing Big South member VMI with help from NEC Special Teams Player of the Week Antwan Eddie.* The cornerback returned a second-quarter punt 88 yards for a touchdown.* Saint Francis nearly pulled an upset of nationally-ranked Fordham thanks to 291 rushing yards and three touchdowns from NEC Offensive Player of the Week Kyle Harbridge.* Bryant became the first team to notch a NEC victory this season, knocking off defending champion Wagner with key contributions from NEC Rookie of the Week Paul Canevari.* The rookie running back totaled 173 yards and scored three touchdowns.
