Can Eastern Kentucky rebound from that whipping at the hands of EIU and beat Austin Peay? Yes.
Can Jacksonville State rebound from that heartbreaking loss at home in OT and knock off UT-Martin on the road? I don't think so, but the weapons are there for JSU to pull the upset.
Both TTU and Murray are coming off emotional victories, so the question is which one doesn't come out flatter. Murray is at home, so I'll go with the Racers.
I think it's almost a lock that Tennessee State ​beats SEMO at home.

Austin Peay at Eastern Kentucky - I think APSU is just bad, really bad...It's still EKU
Jacksonville State at Tennessee-Martin - This could be a very good game, but Martin is surprisingly strong this year
Tennessee Tech at Murray State - I would be on TTU's bandwagon, but finally got top RB eligible and now he's out for the seaon with a leg injury)...Maybe I'm lucky 2 weeks in a row picking against my guys?
SE Missouri State at Tennessee State - I think TSU is somewhat overrated, but it sounds like SEMO is bad this year...Have no idea, really.
