Just realized that both Lehigh and Chattanooga have mascots with ties to the railroad (no pun intended), and that both fanbases have had an overzealous, trolling member on here. Which makes me wonder: does NDSU have any former or existing connections to the railroad industry?

What's really sad about that picture is that it's easy to see how great a stadium it could be. That's a beautiful location, other than the gravel pit behind the end zone. If they doubled the height of the stands, bricked them up so that they match the surrounding buildings, and made a nice little park where that gravel pit is, it would be one of the most picturesque stadiums in the FCS.
