Sophomore quarterback Chris Brown rushed for 129 yards and one touchdown and passed for two more scores as No. 18 Cal Poly rallied from a 21-7 halftime deficit to beat Portland State 38-34 in the Big Sky Conference football opener for both schools Thursday night at JELD-WEN Field.
