Week four of the 2013 season will see the first Conference game of the season as Tennessee Tech hosts Tennessee State on Saturday night. In addition four OVC teams will face off with FBS opponents while Southeast Missouri will play in the first-ever collegiate football game at Busch Stadium in St. Louis and Eastern Kentucky travels to Morehead State.
