NORFOLK, Va., --South Carolina State's Caleb Davis was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference's (MEAC) Offensive Player of the Week, while Shaquan Brock was named Rookie of the Week, and teammate Domanic Wilson earned Offensive Lineman of the Week honors the conference announced on Monday.
