Decent showing by the Wildcats. Two huge breakdowns (fumble inside ISU 10 yd. line and the returned punt for a TD on last play of the half), a few missed defensive opportunities on 3rd down on ISU's final drive for a TD, and some surprising offensive calls (going away from the run, long passes when a short one would have done, did the Cats in. Our OL play has to improve to be competitive on this level but we all already knew this would be a challenge. For a first game vs. FCS competition it will serve as a good building block. Looking forward to the rest of the season and the improvements that will be made. Go Cats.

Will see if corrections are made in special teams and OL sack protection vs. Tarleton this Saturday. My guess is that they will be.
