There is a rivalry brewing between the Southland Conference and Big Sky Conference which will be featured in two games on Saturday.
Teams from the Southland and Big Sky have met over the years in a number games giving credence to an under-the-radar rivalry between the two conferences.
Adding to the rivalry is when the NCAA puts the brackets together for the Football Championship Subdivison playoffs, both conferences are in the West Region meaning the qualifying teams are almost sure to meet in either a first- or second-round game.
