Not quite, Chowan did pile up some yards (400+ for the game) but a lot was in 2nd half which was played mostly by subs for SHU. Lots of offense for SHU, 3 defensive TDs, 1 special teams TD. Big plays on D but too many mistakes as a team - busted coverage on a long pass, bad snap on a punt, too many penalties and KO coverage was suspect. Supposed to win big and did but plenty of room to improve. Chowan has a big time WR, best SHU has seen this year.

Nothing else to say but that ua would be a bottom half team in the nec... It's that bad. This is a complete rehab project at this point and when bob ford goes they need to do a national search for a replacement. There is no one on staff to take over. This offense under the direction of McCarthy is unwatchable... I'm done with him.

Have faith. UAlbany is a good program, they just don't have a good team this year.
I think Albany will be fine in a few years, but Dane fans need to be honest with themselves - they weren't the dominant team in NEC over the past 4 seasons and the team was never ever known as a dynamic offense.
Albany won with a great defense and a excellent running game. That was the NEC style of play. You guys will have to adjust in the post-Ford era. Again, I think you will be fine in due time, but sometimes expectations are just too great. Every single UA fans penciled in wins vs. Duq, Colgate, URI, and CCSU - that's not really fair to those teams. They may not be great teams, but they aren't as bad as many people think.

W&M with another defensive clinic (okay, over URI).
20-0
