NORFOLK, Va.- Savannah State senior cornerback John Wilson was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference co-defensive player of the week for his efforts in the Tigers 27-20 win over Fort Valley State. Wilson shared the honor with South Carolina State linebacker Joe Thomas.
