Some local articles starting to come down.
Great Danes' new home sets the table (with interviews from Delaware's home opener tailgate) - any AGS'sers quoted?http://www.timesunion.com/local/article/Great-Danes-new-home-sets-the-table-4807351.php

The Stadium is basically done, lest some final finish work.
The team used it for part of practice yesterday and to celebrate Coach Ford's 76th birthday.

That really is a gorgeous looking stadium.
I'd love to see UNI build a 20kish capacity stadium in that same mold with the grassy hill in one endzone....
Though finding a way to close the other endzone in as well

I actually saw this place (sort of) driving back down from the north woods this weekend. I went in the entrance from Western Ave. (at the end of the Northway ramp) for a quick look and the whole new complex was right in front of me. There's an entrance to a parking lot to just to the left where you could get a pretty good view of it. From the looks of it there won't be a bad seat in the house. The home side is right up next to the field. That said, I think I'd want to be in the first row of the upper level for the best view.
Congratulations to the Danes and their fans.
And just a note to folks going to Albany from the south this weekend - there's a lot of construction on the NY Thruway below and also to the west of Exit 24. As you approach Albany from the south on the Thruway, be sure to keep to the right and look out for the "detour" exit in order to get to Exit 24. There's no warning in advance for the detour exit and I missed the exit completely on my way up last week. If this happens to you, don't take the Schenectady exit; instead, go to the I-88 Exit, then take the first exit from there and double back eastward on Western Ave.

Bogie...many of us took the same route as you noted for our seat choices. I am in Row C, Upper Deck, between the 45-50 yard lines.
So excited for this weekend!!!
