After a pair of tussles with the Southeastern Conference, the Big Sky Conference is going to look downright inviting to the Toledo Rockets of the Mid-American Conference. But the Eastern Washington University football team will try its darnedest to repeat its magic of Aug. 31, as the nation’s second-ranked NCAA Football Championship Subdivision team plays its second NCAA Football Bowl Division foe of the 2013 season at UT.
