All in all not a bad day for the US - I always get a kick out of these matches, especially the foursomes - hitting alternating shots is starting to get pretty far off from what golf actually is. Who ever plays that way anyhow? Fourball I get, foursomes? Just silly really. The singles stuff is what the Ryder Cup should be all about, and if it stays this close going into Sunday it will be.

Little surprised by the Woods/Furyk score. However, if you could take every major and make it the Ryder Cup, Sergio would have won about 10 majors! He plays out of his mind in this competition.
