I could see it that way. It will be interesting to see how Western performs against D-I teams in the coming weeks.

Something like that would be mine. And everyone from ISU-r up is top 25 material.

How can you give YSU such credit after they scheduled two easy Pioneer league non-scholie teams and are down on the Dawgs because they got beat by the Illini by 8 points and lose in double overtime to number 14 Eastern? frankly this really discredits your whole poll.
1. NDSU
2. UNI
3. SDSU
4. SIU
5. YSU
6. Il State
7. In state (if TB comes back)
8. Mis State
9. WIU (they've proved nothing yet)
10. SD
That's more like it

Close losses only go so far. YSU is stronger than SIU at this point, but SIU is no 7th place team that's for sure.
Why do you have SD as last place, they put up a few TD against a BCS school and have a win against a power conference, even if it is a bottom half team from a power conference.
IMO your placement of USD probably discredits your ranking.

UNI proved that last year.
If close losses meant **** UNI would have been #2 in power rankings last season.
Close losses to Wisconsin, Iowa, YSU, and SIU...I mean damn. That's impressive right there

Not much separating teams 3-8 at this point. Things will sort themselves out in the coming weeks

Likely to see some rearrangement from positions 5 - 8. The top 4 will likely stay top 4, YSU being the question mark.

miller uses a formula to do these rankings I believe. Lots can and will change as teams start playing one another.

Ha-Ha! sign us up to play the Yotes THIS year. Seems like every one in the MVFC has them marked as a "W" but I believe they don't appear on our schedule till--what?--2020 or something. Illinois has proven by their win over Cincinnati that they are probably a bit more improve than the Jayhawks will be.

I'd swtch YSU & SDSU.
I have to agree with this. YSU hasn't played anyone yet.

Don't hide behind some stupid formula that doesn't work anyway.
State your opinion, loud and clear - like a man.
My opinion, after nobody in the MVFC has played anyone else in the MVFC:
1 - NDSU
1b - UNI
2 - SDSU
3 - YSU
4 - IL St
5 - SIU
6 - IN St
7 - USD
8 - WIU
9 - MO St

At least he has SIU as the best 0-2 team in the Valley.
I'e swap SD and WIU on yours.
