Those are some of the ugliest uniforms I've ever seen for Tennessee Tech.
My 8-year-old daughter said of the unis: "They look like angry hornets."
Tech is picking up where they left off in their 44-0 loss last week. Almost an interception on first down, a bobbled snap on second down, three and out and a punt.

Tailback Mark Dunn looks like he has gotten even better. Too bad that nice run on the TD pass was called back. He showed some great breakaway speed.

EKU should be up about 21-0 in this game. Not impressed by the play of Greco (who has happy feet), or the offensive line of the Colonels.

Dumb play by Tech getting called for roughing the punter. They could have gone in with a 7-7 tie, instead of keeping the EKU drive alive.

EKU's offense is pulling a disapearing act in the second half, just like it did last week against Western Carolina. This would be a horrendous loss for the Colonels.

After watching Tech last week, I don't it's impossible for the Golden Eagles to give up 14 points in a minute or two. EKU driving to the 30.

How pathetic to celebrate a win after an 0-3 start by dumping water on your coach. Of course, it probably will be one of only one or two the Golden Eagles get all year.
Bad, bad loss for EKU. But then the Colonels seem to have one of these every year.

Holy crap. I don't know whether to be less worried about Jax State's game at Richmond next week, or more worried about the trip to Cookeville late in October ... or both ... or neither.
The "return" of the Colonels has been predicted for a long time. It's not out of the question after tonight, but it sure looks a lot less likely.
Weird.

Top 25 team, one that has something like a 42-16-5 series lead on us? First win by interim head coach, a comeback?
Sounds pretty sensible to me. I wanted to tear the goalposts down but nobody around me in the student section was game. :eyebrow: Ah well, great game anyways. Next victim: MURRAY!

Well, EKU was 1-2 coming in, #27 in the AGS poll.
They are not in my poll however
The 1-2 record coming in was deceiving. They lost to I-A Cinncinati, beat a 1-2 WKU team whom the jury is till out on, and played tough against Western Carolina. They should have been able to handle this gam with ease, probably a 2 TD win. Thats what happens when you play less than stellar, commit 4 turnovers, and have 75 yards in panalties, mostly in the 2nd half. They had 2 TD plays called back on the SAME DRIVE for holding.

Big difference in the fans thinking that ( which we don't) and the players.
I think most of them (and us) have a very good memory:nod:

No connection at all. Vegas says Furman by 12.5, do you seriously think Furman's coaching staff tells the players, 'hey guys, we got beat silly by WCU last year, but Vegas and some fans are confident, so we shouldn't worry.'
Who are you kidding?
