In its final preseason tune-up, the Stony Brook football team beat Penn, 17-3, in a scrimmage at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium on Saturday. Sophomore Jamie Williams (Hamilton, N.J.) had a 45-yard touchdown run and junior Will Tye (Middletown, Conn.) hauled in a 54-yard TD pass from senior Lyle Negron (Bakersfield, Calif.).
