Virginia Union at Bethune-Cookman
Delaware State at Delaware
Tennessee State at Florida A&M
Hampton at W&M
Morehouse at Howard
Morgan State at Robert Morris
NC A&T at App State
Saint Augustine's at NC Central
Norfolk State at Rutgers - ironically, Rutgers' opponent last week (Fresno State) is also playing another FCS, Cal Poly.
Savannah State at Troy
S.C. State at Clemson

MEAC doesn't have much of a chance this week with D-I opponents (FBS and FCS alike), save for Florida A&M.

I switched Morgan, they usually play well against NEC schools (3-1).
