The Bison are returning a high amount of 2x FCS Champions this week, this is the probable veteran lineup that awaits Kansas State :D

Additional note: Defensive linebacker and 2012 FCS Championship MVP, Travis Beck, was suspended by Coach Bohl for being arrested after a bar fight (and resisting arrest). News sources say he's suspended indefinitely (http://www.valleynewslive.com/story/22568496/new-police-dash-cam-video-from-ndsu-fb-stars-arrest), but his name still remains on the active roster. I kept him on this lineup because I'm not 100% positive whether he's gone for good or not.

Um, this way off...CJ Smith will start at CB, Heagle will start at strong safety, Olson is the MLB , while Beck WILL start on the WLB, Colville will start at C, while Johnson will start at LG...Drevlow will start at DT, as Perry is suspended for a DUI in the offseason. Jirik and Emanuel will start at DE.

CJ Smith starts over Marcus Williams? Where are you getting this information?
Also, won't Perry be back for the regular season? He's still on the active roster.

Well, it's not way off but, yeah, there are some things wrong.
Coach Bohl is certainly being secretive this year. We might never see an actual two-deep. Cripes, the last time the sports information folks published a press release was 9 days ago. Wonder if two true freshmen will be backups at LB.
I think that what he meant, btw, is that Shepherd will play safety and Smith will get the opposite starting spot. Perry will be out for Kansas State but he's always played beside Drevlow.

We play football with 2 starting CB's ;)
either way, good effort.

21 seniors on the 2 deep, 22 if you include Leevon Perry.... some big shoes to be filled next year but this year should be fun. 14 juniors though so the cupboard definitely won't be bare next year.

This is definitely a reloading model. Might have your clunkers once in a while but should be very consistent.

Bison are loaded for the foreseeable future. Lot of our underclassmen will be seeing plenty of playing time this year too. Although next years recruiting class is going to be very important. Might see a few more JUCO players brought in next year to add some balance to the classes again. 25 seniors to replace is a lot for one class.
