2013 HBCU Top 10 FCS Poll

The opening kick-off weekend of the 2013 football season will feature several key and interesting matchups. These include two conference matchups in the SWAC, a top five HBCU Major Division matchup featuring the MEAC and independent Tennessee State of the Ohio Valley Conference, and the MEAC / SWAC Challenge. Dr. Cavil's 2013 HBCU Major Division Preseason Poll Rankings are making their debut.
