Western Carolina's football team opened its final weekend of preseason camp on Friday morning with its 18th practice of the preseason. Greeted by fall-like temperatures in the mid-to-upper 50s, the squad worked through a 17 period practice in full pads encompassing just over two hours at E.J. Whitmire Stadium / Bob Waters Field.
